The bill repeals an outdated law which prevents the prescribing of medication without physically examining an animal. Support is Moms For America's position as this bill helps save the lives of animals and lower pet ownership costs by repealing an outdated law which is especially costly and burdensome for animal shelters and rural pet owners.

Expanding Competition and Lowering Costs for Pet Owners by Authorizing Veterinary Telemedicine
